COVID-19 made the whole comic book industry pause, but now Rack Time is Back On Track Time! Rob reviews GI Joe: A Real American Hero 271, where the various factions continue to move on Springfield, and reveals some of the motivations for Destro and Zartan for saving "Snake Eyes" (actually Throwdown). Meanwhile, in GI Joe 6 the Joes go deep behind enemy lines to smuggle a new weapon which can help in their war against COBRA. Rob DOES NOT SPOIL some major events at the end of this issue. So you'll get most of the plot here, but you really need to be buying this comic!

We had a plan, we swear!
However, sometimes, it's better to let the course of conversation dictate the show, so as we battled through an evening of audio problems, Sunbow legends Bill "Flint" Ratner and Arthur "Destro" Burghardt reminisced about their time on GI Joe. These are two old friends who hadn't had a chance to talk - sure, they've crossed paths here and there at shows, but hadn't been able to REALLY TALK -- in a long time, and we were thrilled that they shared a glimpse of their friendship with us. Starting today, we're throwing open the gates on the charitable part of the project - WOJM is raising money for World Central Kitchen, an organization that provides meals to first responders and displaced victims from all manner of tragedies that's been busting it double-time in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic! ARAH's fifth installment of the ten-part Snake Hunt spins it wheels, but the relaunched series draws high praise again, as Stalker and Jinx visit Indianapolis to find the Zartan and the Dreadnoks.
